This new style IPA swooped into the scene and it’s making quite the splash! An elegant blend of a clean, crisp lager complimented by the hop profile of a West Coast IPA. Cereal mashed with a large portion of rice and fermented warm with our house lager yeast. It takes off with flavours and aromas of berry, citrus and tropical fruit and lands on a dry, crisp and complex grain character. From here on after, this IPA is here to stay!.
