Plum is a small batch cider made by macerating whole Italian Kiss plums in Crabapple juice for one week. The rolling hills of our farm have these plums planted on key embankments as a way to decrease erosion. As there is not enough fruit for wholesale farmed production they are often forgotten about fruit used for this task alone. This year we decided to take them for cider instead!
Fragrant, heady, and tart.
