Baglio Oro Guari Terre Siciliane Inzolia

A white grape native to and grown mostly in Sicily, Inzolia is often used in the making of Marsala (a fortified wine from the region).  This wine (not fortfied)  is dry and elegant, pleasantly fresh with intensive notes of fresh fruit and white pulp.  Excellent as an aperitif, it also pairs well with crudité, grilled fish,  and vegetables
