ANCIANO - CAVA BRUT

A vibrant and approachable Cava from Spain’s Catalonia region, made in the traditional méthode champenoise with a classic blend of Xarel-lo (45%), Macabeo (35%) and Parellada (20%). This sparkling wine shows a pale yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles, fresh orchard fruit and crisp green apple aromatics, and a palate that balances bright citrus and fruit flavours with lively acidity. Dry and refreshing, it’s perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood, tapas and light poultry dishes.
