Drago Bianco is the only white wine in the Paladin range to be fermented in wood. The oenological objective is to obtain a strong but at the same time fine and elegant product, conceived for drinking throughout the meal. The mix of the two oak woods gives the wine elegant notes of sweet spices, especially vanilla, while respecting the primary aromatic profile of the product.
