The result is full-bodied yet poised: ripe black-cherry and plum core threaded with Mediterranean herbs, sweet baking-spice, cocoa, balsamic hints and a faint smoky edge, all carried by fresh acidity and fine, persistent tannins that promise a decade of graceful evolution.
