Daydreamer - Rosé 2022

750 ml | Alcohol/Vol: 13%

This Rosé was made from a saignée of our Amelia. The grapes were destemmed and left on skins for 18 hours prior to bleeding the free run into neutral French oak barriques for natural fermentation. The wine is soft, creamy and floral.
