Organic, delicate and soft wine from Brunel de la Gardine. The composition of Grenache (65%), Syrah (20%) and Mourvedre (15%) was vinified in steel and cement vats. This light wine is characterized by a juicy fruit flavor, with a delicately spicy note and smooth tannin. It is best served slightly chilled with simple appetizers, baked sausages and dishes with tomato-based sauces. The tractor visible on the label was the first machine of this type used in the local vineyards since 1953, and it can still be seen here during field work.
