Zacharias is a family winery in Nemea farming around forty hectares across thirteen varieties, with an emphasis on low yields and sustainable growing. This is a mainland take on Santorini’s signature grape: hand-picked in late September, given a short cold maceration and fermented in stainless steel. Bone dry, with citrus, white peach and lemon curd on the nose, crisp acidity and a mineral finish. A natural match for oysters, grilled or oily fish, and sharp aged cheeses.
