Trediberri was founded in 2007 by Nicola Oberto with his father Federico and family friend Vladimiro Rambaldi — the name means "the three from Berri", the hamlet in La Morra where the winery sits. In under two decades they have become one of the most talked-about young estates in the Langhe.

This is the classic La Morra style of Nebbiolo: perfumed rather than brooding. Rose petal, wild cherry, a little tar and sweet spice, with fine chalky tannin and bright acidity carrying a long finish. Drinking well now with a decant, and good for a decade or more in the cellar. Braised beef, mushroom risotto, aged cheese.
