Torresella farms in the coastal flatlands near Venice, and this Pinot Grigio is built for easy pleasure rather than complication. Pale straw in the glass, it gives citrus, cut pear and a touch of white flowers, then finishes clean, crisp and dry. An excellent aperitivo, and just as good with young cheeses, shellfish and sushi, or a seafood pasta.
