Located on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, Tornatore is one of Sicily’s most respected producers, farming some of the highest-elevation vineyards on the volcano. The family has deep roots in the region dating back generations and is recognized for crafting wines that authentically express Etna’s unique volcanic terroir. Their Etna Bianco is considered one of the benchmark white wines of the appellation, showcasing both precision and remarkable value.

Made primarily from Carricante, Etna’s flagship white grape, this wine opens with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white peach, and citrus blossom, layered with notes of wet stone, Mediterranean herbs, and volcanic minerality. Light to medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and exceptional freshness, the palate is crisp, textured, and intensely mineral, finishing long with a distinctive saline character.
