Terravista's flagship white and one of the very few Albariños grown in Canada, from certified-organic fruit on the Naramata Bench. Hand-picked and whole-cluster pressed, fermented cool in stainless steel, then five months on the lees — part in a concrete egg, part in neutral barrique — for weight and texture.

White peach, white flower and citrus on the nose. Fresh grapefruit washes over savoury lemon pith with a distinct saline current running underneath. Textured for a wine this crisp, finishing zippy and bracing with lingering acidity. Dry, 13.5% alc.

A natural with oysters, grilled prawns, ceviche and anything off the barbecue with lemon on it.
