Sorelle de Nicola Barbaresco Riserva DOCG

A traditionally made Barbaresco Riserva, given two years in large Slavonian oak casks and at least another two in bottle before release. Ruby with orange tints at the rim, it offers dried violet and tobacco on the nose and a full, harmonious palate of plum, wild berries and walnut husk. Unfined and unfiltered, so decant it and serve with roast meats, game birds or tangy aged cheeses.
