The lager lovers at East Vancouver’s Slow Hand have tried their hand at a Vienna lager, seeking to honour the original style that was developed in the 1840s, by “focussing on quality malt and proper process (i.e. plenty of time lagering) to get that delightfully toasty, smooth maltiness.” Vienna Lager promises to be malt-forward with just enough hops to keep it crispy and dry.
