Sartori Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2020

A classic Amarone from Valpolicella in Veneto, produced using the traditional appassimento method where grapes are partially dried before fermentation to concentrate flavour and richness. Made primarily from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, the wine shows deep aromas of dried cherry, plum, cocoa, and sweet spice. Full-bodied and structured, it offers a velvety texture with layers of dark fruit and a long, warming finish typical of this iconic Venetian style.
