Olivier Zind-Humbrecht is one of only a handful of Masters of Wine who also make wine — and his are among the most respected in the world. This Roche Granitique (“granite rock”) Riesling is a pure expression of Alsace's mineral-rich granite soils, farmed biodynamically.

Intensely aromatic, it opens with white peach, lime blossom, crushed stone, and a hint of petrol that Riesling lovers crave. The palate is dry, focused, and electric — taut citrus and green apple framed by laser-like acidity and a stony, persistent finish.

This is world-class Riesling from a biodynamic pioneer. If you've never explored Alsace, this is the perfect starting point.
