The half-bottle of Imperative Dry Vermouth — BC’s first take on the classic aperitif, a collaboration between Rathjen Cellars and Ampersand Distilling Co.

Made from Ortega and Petite Milo grapes grown organically on the Saanich Peninsula, blended with organic and wild-harvested botanicals including wormwood from Ampersand’s farm, roasted dandelion root, cardamom, marjoram and orange peel. Light yet complex — refreshing before a meal, and excellent in cocktails.
