Classic Pinot Noir aromas of fresh cherry, cranberry, and pomegranate leap from the glass, and as the wine opens up further with air, there's amazing layers of wood smoke, dry leaves, and savoury balsamic. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a burst of intense red-fruit flavours and a surprising amount of structure. There's a richness to the quality of the fruit, with bright raspberries, cherries, and ripe strawberries, all supported by bright, persistent acidity. The finish is long and pure, with hints of cedar and smoke as it lingers. There's incredible complexity that invites sip after sip.
