Produced in Piedmont’s Roero region, this organic Arneis showcases one of northern Italy’s most distinctive white grape varieties. Often referred to as the “white of Piedmont,” Arneis is known for its delicate aromatics, soft texture, and ability to express the mineral-driven character of the sandy Roero soils. Passato Organic focuses on sustainable farming and minimal intervention to preserve freshness and purity in the wine.

Elegant and refreshing, this wine opens with aromas of pear, white peach, citrus blossom, and fresh herbs, layered with subtle almond and mineral notes. Light to medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a smooth, textured palate, it finishes clean with a gentle saline edge.
