This is unoaked, 100% Fiano — fresh and floral, with a touch of honey on the nose and crisp citrus acidity carrying the finish. It drinks well chilled on its own and pairs naturally with seafood and shellfish, seafood pasta, lighter salads or a vegetarian risotto.
