From Ribera del Duero in Castilla y León, Párpados is a bold yet polished 100% Tempranillo from vineyards around Olmedillo de Roa, Gumiel de Izán and Moradillo de Roa. Expect ripe black cherry, plum and blackberry layered with cocoa, sweet spice and a savoury earthy note. Full-bodied with firm but refined tannins, it is an excellent match for grilled steak, lamb, braised meats and aged cheeses.
