Produced from the renowned Cerretta cru in Serralunga d’Alba, Mauro Sebaste Barolo Cerretta showcases one of Barolo’s most celebrated vineyard sites. Founded in the early 1990s, Mauro Sebaste has earned a reputation for crafting elegant, terroir-driven wines that balance traditional Piedmontese character with a refined, approachable style. The Cerretta vineyard is prized for its limestone-rich soils and ability to produce Barolo with remarkable structure, depth, and aging potential.

Complex and powerful, this wine opens with aromas of rose petal, red cherry, wild strawberry, and dried cranberry, layered with notes of licorice, tobacco, truffle, and sweet spice. Full-bodied with firm yet polished tannins and vibrant acidity, the palate is concentrated and expressive, offering exceptional balance and a long, persistent finish.

A classic cru Barolo with significant cellar potential, ideal alongside braised beef, osso buco, wild game, truffle dishes, mushroom risotto, and aged cheeses. Decanting is recommended when enjoyed in its youth.
