A Nebbiolo from Roero, Piedmont, showing the variety’s classic combination of perfume and structure. Expect aromas of red cherry, dried rose, raspberry and violet, with layers of spice, dried herbs and earthy mineral notes as it opens. The palate is dry and structured, with bright acidity, fine but persistent tannins and a long, savoury finish.
