Idun is a small family-run producer in the Elgin Valley, South Africa's coolest wine district, working in a deliberately French-inspired style. Crépuscule is pale ruby and pretty, with brambles, rose petal, ripe cherry and strawberry on the nose and a fresh, delicate palate where the fruit and structure sit comfortably together. Lovely with duck, mushroom dishes, salmon, or game.
