Glenfiddich pushes the boundaries of Scotch whisky with their cask finishing regimes. This whisky is finished in an India Pale Ale-seasoned cask. Aromas of honey and hops are evident followed by flavours of toffee, citrus and spice. The finish is light and spicy. An elegant, savoury style whisky; serve with oysters.
