A crisp, dry white from Abruzzo's Adriatic coast, made entirely from the region's native Pecorino grape. Expect white flowers and citrus on the nose, then green apple, pear and a firm mineral streak that keeps the finish clean and lively. It has a bit more body and grip than most everyday Italian whites, which makes it a great match for grilled fish, shellfish and seafood pasta. Also lovely with goat cheese, spring vegetables and herb-driven dishes.
