I had the amazing opportunity to work with Christian Perissinotto, his approach to management allowed for a positive work space, memorable experience, and outstanding customer service! By setting attainable goals and milestones for workers during shifts such as cleaning duties, stock, or bringing in new inventory, Christian was always able to offer clear information, expectations and deadlines surrounding tasks. This not only made shift tasks easier to carry out, but made me feel more comfortable in asking for assistance when confused with a task. The ability to easily communicate with Christian also comes form his positive mood which shapes the workspace into an enjoyable, hard working environment. This positivity was further displayed in his flexibility as he always focused on boosting productivity and performance while considering employees schedules. By working along side and communicating with his employees in a considerate manner he created a strong work environment which allowed for confidence in the teams ability to work by themselves; such as breaking down pallets, reorganizing product shelves, or replacing price tags. I whole heartedly believe that Christian is an asset to the store as he not only recognizes and encourages employees, but all those he interacts with. Working with Christian gave me the opportunity to gain more confidence, effort and trust, working alongside management.
