Fairview Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon

As part of the Premier Series line, the grapes for this wine were all sourced from the estate vineyard where the vines are intensively managed to produce the best that the Okanagan has to offer. Once in the Cellar only the best barrels were selected for the final blend. These barrels were set aside and left for an additional 6 months prior to bottling.
