After aging in charred oak barrels, Ezra Brooks Bourbon is charcoal filtered for an especially mellow character. In the glass, a bright gold - nosing reveals complex aromas of sweet corn, citrus, dried fruit, spice and vanilla. Full-bodied, with sweet, spicy flavour and notes of charred oak, black pepper and orange zest.
