A 100% Pinot Noir from Nuits-Saint-Georges in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits. The cuvée combines old-vine parcels from both north and south of the village, planted on limestone mixed with clay and marl. The wine typically shows raspberry, redcurrant and sour cherry, alongside bramble, subtle herbs, spice and mineral notes. The palate is structured yet refined, with fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins and a savoury, lightly saline finish characteristic of Nuits-Saint-Georges.
