Donna Viola - Tramonto Bombino Nero Rosato

Donna Viola, an artisan project from the historic Petroni Vini estate (producing wine since 1865), crafts this rosato from Bombino Nero, a rare and seductive grape variety deeply rooted in Puglia's winemaking tradition. Made through cold-temperature skin contact followed by temperature-controlled fermentation, this is a romantic, beautifully balanced rosé. It shows a rosato colour with orange reflections, an elegant floral bouquet layered with fruity nuances, and a fresh, lingering, delicately tangy palate. On the nose, expect notes of strawberry and raspberry alongside fresh peony, a true expression of Puglia in the glass. Pairs beautifully with raw fish appetizers, lighter seafood pasta, and shellfish.
