Domaine Patrice Rion is one of Burgundy’s most respected family estates, based in Vosne-Romanée and known for producing elegant, terroir-driven Pinot Noir from some of the Côte de Nuits’ most prestigious vineyards. Les Bons Bâtons is sourced from vineyards on the border of Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée, offering remarkable character and complexity for a regional Bourgogne designation.

Elegant and expressive, this Pinot Noir opens with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, and rose petal, layered with subtle notes of forest floor, baking spice, and earthy minerality. Medium-bodied with silky tannins and vibrant acidity, the palate is refined and balanced, showcasing purity of fruit and the finesse that defines great Burgundy.

A classic and food-friendly Pinot Noir, ideal alongside roasted poultry, duck, mushroom dishes, salmon, charcuterie, or soft-ripened cheeses. Approachable in its youth, it also has the structure to develop additional complexity with short-term cellaring.
