A dry rosé from the Tavel appellation in France’s Southern Rhône Valley, produced primarily from Grenache with Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Counoise. Deep pink in colour, with aromas of red berries, white fruit and floral notes. The palate is full and structured for a rosé, with fresh acidity, ripe fruit and a persistent finish.
