A Pinot Noir from Mercurey in Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise, produced from a blend of around 20 old-vine parcels, predominantly on limestone soils. The profile typically shows raspberry, strawberry and red cherry, with subtle vanilla and earthy spice. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven, with silky tannins, bright acidity and a refined, gently savoury finish. Domaine Faiveley notes that the vines are more than 30 years old, contributing additional aromatic intensity and depth.
