From independent bottler Old Malt Cask, this is a well-matured single malt from Deanston, which spent 23 years of rest in Oloroso sherry casks. This lengthy stint in these sherry casks has allowed rich dried fruit, decadent chocolate and festive spice notes to develop. Definitely whiskys to savour, the OMC whiskies are all bottled from single casks at 50% ABV, contributing to their rarity factor.
