Craggy Range Kidnappers Chardonnay

Grown on coastal ground near Cape Kidnappers, this is Chardonnay in a lean, Chablis-leaning style rather than a rich one. Citrus and white stone fruit lead, oak is used sparingly as a frame, and the finish is mineral with a faint saline edge. Lovely with oysters and other shellfish, fresh pasta, or a simple summer salad.
