From their organic estate's Coyote Block, this was planted in 2007 at 415m on glacial-fluvial sedimentary soils. Fermented primarily in stainless, 10% of this spent time in French oak, aged on lees. Lean and bright with green apple, Asian pear, subtle starfruit and light melon along a slim palate, bedded with some downy lees, but finishing snappy and clean on a short finish
