Chianti Classico Le Cinciole

From the hallowed slopes of Panzano in Chianti Classico — Podere Le Cinciole is a small, organic estate producing some of Tuscany's most soulful wines. This is Sangiovese at its purest, a wine that speaks of the Tuscan hills.

Bright ruby with aromas of sour cherry, dried herbs, violet, and a touch of leather. The palate is medium-bodied with lively acidity, fine-grained tannins, and a long, savoury finish that begs for food.

Pairs beautifully with: Bistecca alla fiorentina, wild boar ragù, or aged Pecorino.
