Crafted using traditional methods and local grape varieties such as Grillo, Catarratto, and Inzolia, this wine reflects the rich winemaking heritage of western Sicily.

Amber in colour and aromatic, it offers notes of dried fruit, caramel, toasted nuts, and hints of vanilla and spice. Medium-bodied and smooth, the palate balances sweetness with gentle warmth and a lingering, nutty finish.
