Bartier Bros Semillon

750 mL | Alcohol/Vol: 11%

This Semillon has flavours and aromas of apricot, honeydew, peach, and stoney aromas and flavours. Dry, minerally, fresh mouthfeel and finish.

The Semillon was whole cluster pressed, followed by ferment at 14 - 16° C for seven months. Seven percent was fermented in neutral French Oak barrels with the remainder fermenting in stainless steel.
