Cesare Bussolo, a young producer, after graduating from the Oenological school of Alba, began his journey under the protective wing of the great Roberto Voerzio, where he still works today.
It follows the same philosophy as its master, maximum care in the vineyard and absolute respect for the environment, very low yields, more than 8000 plants per hectare and little interventionism in the vineyard.
In 2013, from a vineyard with extraordinary potential, he produced his first Barbera Santa Lucia.
For this Barbera Cesare Bussolo collects only one kilogram of grapes per plant thus giving us a wine with great acidity perfectly balanced by the fruit and with an almost infinite persistence in a total of 6000 bottles produced. A jewel.
