From high-altitude vineyards in Valencia, Pieza La Moza is an expressive, dry rosé made from Bobal and Tempranillo grown on rocky soils rich in fossilized coral and oyster shells. Coral-pink in the glass, it brings wild red berries, savoury herbs and a subtle sea-spray salinity, with gentle texture and bright freshness through the finish. Beautiful with seafood, charcuterie, tapas and Asian-inspired dishes.
