Made from traditional grapes such as Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, the fruit is partially dried using the appassimento method before fermentation, concentrating flavour and structure. The wine shows intense aromas of black cherry, dried fig, cocoa, spice, and sweet tobacco, with a full-bodied palate, velvety texture, and a long, warming finish. A classic Amarone style that balances depth, richness, and elegance.
