Young family-owned business set up in a magnificent amphitheater facing the sea, Alta Alella takes care of its vines according to the precepts of organic farming. Combining Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Parellada varieties, this Cava enjoyed a minimal 15-month aging on slats. The palate activates itself around notes of toasted bread, hazelnut and apple. The perfect bubbly for tapas or to add some punch to your cocktail.
