Our estate's most mature vineyards, blocks 1 and 3 are the backbone of this blend. Pulling from sandy loam and concentrated pink granite, these unique soils contribute to an electric and tantalizing sensation on the pallet.
Ruby Red hue. Aromas of black cherry and sarsaparilla. Flavours of dark berries, orange zest, and savoury dried herbs.Silky, cocoa powder tannins with a slaty, mineral mouthfeel.
