KOYLE COSTA CUARZO SAUVIGNON BLANC

A coastal Chilean Sauvignon Blanc from Paredones, Colchagua Costa, grown on clay soils with quartz over old yellow granite. The wine is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel and spends four months on its lees, which adds texture while preserving its fresh character. Typical notes include white peach, nectarine, melon, dried apricot, white tea and ginger, supported by bright acidity and a distinctly mineral, saline character.
