Gray Monk - Pinot Noir le 2024

A classic cool-climate Pinot Noir from the Okanagan Valley, crafted to highlight bright red fruit and elegance. The wine is typically aged partly in French oak, adding subtle spice and texture while preserving the grape’s delicate character. 

Bright ruby in colour with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and red currant, layered with earthy notes, gentle oak, and baking spice. On the palate, it is smooth and medium-bodied, showing flavours of juicy cherry, cranberry, and plum with soft tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is fresh, lightly spiced, and food-friendly.
