A lovely blend of Nero di Troia (70 %) and Montepulciano for this excellent red from the region of Puglia. In a more traditional seductive style, the complex nose exhibits charming aromas of wilted rose, forrest floor and spicy red fruits. Medium bodied, well balanced with a lingering and refreshing hint of bitterness on the finish. This typical southern red will marry perfectly with a Milanese veal chop. Enjoy!
