Bergamota is a blend of organically grown 80% Touriga Nacional, 5% Tinta Roriz, 5% Jaen, 5% Alfrocheiro, and 5% native varieties from thirty to fifty year old vines. The wine spends twelve months in neutral French oak barriques followed by six months of aging in the bottle before being released.

The old vine Touriga Nacional gives the wine spectacular complexity, richness and great structure. Natalia’s Touriga is grown on snowy hills, with its low yields, it shows a unique character – earl grey, tangerine, violet petal aromas packed with dark fruit on the palate. Pair with roasted pork loin, grilled chicken with green herbs, or Prosciutto with olives. Pair with Queijo de Cabra Transmontano on your cheese board.
